What methods of payment do you accept?

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Our shopping cart operates through a secure PayPal payment gateway however you don't need a PayPal account to be able to enter your credit card details.

American Express is not accepted for Australian customers through PayPal however it may be accepted if you are ordering from another country.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

If you'd prefer to use other payment methods you can contact us via email to organise payment via Mastercard, Visa, direct deposit, cheque or money order.

What are your shipping costs?

Lyssy May ships FREE within Australia. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 which will be applied at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all of our treasured handmade orders within 10 days but you will often receive your designs sooner. We will keep in touch with you to update you on the progress on your order.

How do you post?

All designs are sent within Australia via registered post with an Australia Post tracking number. International orders are sent via Air Mail.

What is your returns policy?

Lyssy May wants to ensure that you have a stress free shopping experience!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it for a product for the same value or provide a full refund. Your unused Lyssy May product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent within 20 days of the invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice along with a brief reason for the product's return. It would be appreciated if you could contact us prior to returning the design.
